Great rice vinegar!
Wanted a nice rice vinegar for making Japanese dishes and simple cucumber salads. This one has such a smooth, mild flavor. Though it's mild it has a rich flavor. I save this for times when you really taste the vinegar... mostly for salads, dressings and sauces. Will purchase again!

Tried this product after I could no longer get the vinegar I preferred. This is good. I use it to dress my salads. The big plus is I get it with Prime delivery in a short amount of time.

Depth of flavor!
Great flavor and deeper complexity than more common brands. They all have acid, and this has flavors that seem more authentic. All other aspects of the bottle are good. Used in camper full time traveling the USA.
