Best chinstrap for bearded folks.
This strap is the only one that works for me and my large beard. It is wide enough to cover my whole chin without needing to do something ridiculous to my beard. The width and stretch of the step makes it very comfortable. It will likely cover your ears, which is not a problem for me at at all. Doesn't get in the way of any part of my nasal pillows CPAP.Comfort: This is the most comfortable chinstrap I have ever worn. Likely because it is the widest and stretchiest available.Value: Just like all chinstraps, this is a piece of fabric so it really should not cost much. The main, large chinstrap is made of stretch fabric. This is overpriced but there also isn't any other strap like it.Softness: it's not as soft as a neoprene strap but it is also at least twice as wide and stretches, which makes it impossible to make out of a softer fabric. If you have a beard and other chinstraps don't work, this is the one for you.

Best chin strap out of ar least 5 purchased
I have purchased at least 5 different styles of chin straps to keep me from breathing through my mouth while wearing a CPap. This chinstrap is the only one that consistently keeps my mouth closed, doesn’t give me headaches from wearing, and my hair is not flat against the back of my head due to the higher positioing of the strap around my head. The only thing that isn’t factual about the picture is that it shows two straps around the forehead and back of the head. There is only one that is on the back of the head. But the one strap keeps the largec strap in place under my chin and on tope of my head, so I’m pleased with that.

It works!!! (sort of)
Finally! After buying four chin straps from Amazon, I finally got one that works. Kind of. Why four stars? The answer lies in the two additional straps to hold the main one on and to keep it from slipping forward or backwards. While I very much admire the design of these two smaller straps, I do NOT like the fact that the Velcro used on them is very, very strong. When removing them from the main strap the Velcro on the smaller straps pulls the fabric off! If I used them for a few days, the main strap would be ruined. What to do?I will keep this chin strap because it does keep my chin up and my mouth closed (almost) during the night and the price was very good. Fix the fabric-eating Velcro and it will be a perfect five stars.

Too small, too wide.
This isn't long enough to fit my head. It needs another inch or 1.5 inches to fit around my head comfortably. It's 26 inches long when laid flat; it should be at least 28 inches long. Also, the band is too wide by about 3/4 inch as well. It it 3.25 inches wide. It should be 2.5 inches wide, in order to both not poke into my adams apple, and also to allow the lower jaw to slide forward to clear the airway better. (cpap users understand)Why don't they make an XL version?

They changed the product and made it terrible
I bought this item twice before, replacing them as the elasticity wears out. This newer version has a flaw that makes this unusable for me. The old version had a single, elastic fabric strap tethered at one end by being sewn to the head band, with the other being secured to fit by velcro. The new version has two short straps that have velcro at both ends -not sewn to the head strap itself. They have almost no stretching capacity and are so tight they won't even fit around the back of the smallest part of my head. The second strip is supposed to go around your forehead -presumably to keep the short rear strap from pulling the entire head strap backwards off your skull. This is a regrettable purchase.

Works
Works for me. I don’t drool that much. Keeps my mouth shut as such my mouth does not dry to the point of gagging. It does not slip for me. I don’t use the 2 small straps provided as I don’t need them to keep it in place. I see it can be itchy for sone, not for me. It was a small trial and error investment that paid off. The other slings I got from the medical supply company were a scam, how could they even send it??

Chin strap for beards
This chin strap provides the best support for me. I have a full beard and other chin straps tend to pull the beard hairs as I put them on and off. This strap provides a wider support and holds my beard away from my mouth and CAP fit. Please note that this chin strap will cover or partially cover your ears. This does not bother me but it may bother people with sensitive ears.

Great design but coarse material irritates my chin and ears
This chin strap is made of wide, strong material that stretches and attaches with velco at the top. It fits me without using the little support straps. The problem I have is the coarse striated material, which, when pulled tight against my chin (I don't have a beard) and ears all night, irritates them. I am giving up on it after several weeks of use - it is too uncomfortable.
