Excellent Value
I received the Vienna 150 rather than the Sports 150 pictured on the web site. Very little difference. The scooter arrived in excellent condition. It does take two people to assemble it. The only issue I had was installing the hood, which is attached by four screws. This one step probably took me an hour. I had to rearrange the cables and remove some unnecessary plastic associated with the headlights, which was interfering with the hood installation. Otherwise the assembly went very smoothly. I checked the engine and gearbox oil, added about a half a tank of gas, turned it over with the manual kickstarter about 10 times and it started right up,. It idles smoothly and run smoothly. I did not have to make any adjustments to the carburetor. I would highly recommend this product, but you do need some mechanical skills in order to assemble it and maintain it as others have stated.Update: After a particularly long ride on a very hot day, my scooter began to slow down and eventually quit. I took the gas cap off to make sure it still had fuel. Then it restarted and ran perfectly. It turned out to be the gas cap. My tank does not have a vent as some do. The gas gas cap was also not vented so eventually there was an airlock which prevented fuel from flowing. I drilled a small hole in the gas cap to allow venting (as many gas caps have, see photo below) and now it runs perfectly. So if you're having trouble with your GY6 scooter stalling, check your gas cap.Update 2: Today I checked the valve clearances. Both intake and exhaust valves very tight, almost no gap. I adjusted as recommended, 004 inches for the intake and .005 inches for the exhaust. It now runs much smoother and starts easier. So my recommendation, don't assume that the factory has properly set the valve clearances.

Please buy from someone else.
I tried to remain positive about this scooter..... but could not! ( I have owned a Chinese brand scooter before almost the exact same one)Putting the scooter together wasn't too difficult.( btw got stuck with this long metal crate don't know where to put it lol) However the front panel would not fit on mine and it was a joke... so cheap. Anyways that is a small problem compared to the way SMART DEALS NOW handles things. There are 2 different women who run the office (who seem pretty nice, but don't know a whole lot about scooters) Then they have 2 "technicians" both of which have a strong spanish accent and always seem occupied when trying to call. Its cause they both have other jobs and cant talk on the phone while at work. I only had to call about 8 different times to actually talk to one of them. (4 weeks later)My scooter issue: After a few minutes of driving the scooter would die.. like it wasn't getting enough gas. Well I did all the text book answers and turned to google for some more info. After feeling frustrated I finally got a technician to talk to me. He hardly listened to my story about my scooter and said. " I will send you out some fuel filters, fuel pump and intake manifold."(1 week) So they assume you will just re assemble your scooter. I don't know much about scooters or any bike really, but went to youtube videos and replaced the parts... and still no success.Other small issues: Only 1 head light works, Scooter seat has rust stain from the tire that was strapped to it when shipped, Scooter seat wont close without extreme force, mirrors wont tighten enough to stay permanently in place, fuel guage says 3/4 full when %100 full, Speedometer says im going 75 when im going 50. Front Panel would not alight for all 4 screws to be put in. Scooter shakes more than a normal scooter at speeds from 45-50 I bought a scooter locally about 5 years ago and it was the same price as this one online. Ran great for 2 years before I had to sell it when I moved. (had none of these issues)

No instructions, missing paperwork.
First off I want to say that when it comes to this bike, the bike alone is well worth the money spent for it. Am a 180lb gal, and the bike fits like a glove. It handles well, and is an amazing lil hog to have. I love it to death. It is my prized precious thing. However the downsides to this bike makes it harder to ride for a street legal unit. SmartDeals didn't ship the necessary paperwork along with this bike to register and license, I had to call the dealership and request that the papers be shipped. A week later I got the papers, but because the dealership... #breathes... I digress...Anyway... The other downside was the assembling of the unit. Having little to no mechanical experience and having moved to Eugene recently and knowing no one to help, piecing this unit together without instructions was hard at best. After some guess work, and watching an unboxing on YouTube, and finally getting mechanical help... I finally figured out what was what... And the bike was pieced together.Again I love this bike to pieces! I don't love that the dealership is slow on the draw on the "responsible owner" side of things as well as providing necessary legal papers for a street legal motorcycle. Bad form SmartDeals.

Smooth service, low quality scooter, expect repairs within 1st month.
This weighs pros and cons after 1 month of regular use:Cons: Came with light cosmetic damage, not the sellerâs fault and doesnât bother me. What hurts is the seat broke at the hinge right away. Only one headlight works at a time. The odometer is stuck on 99.9miles. The brakes are terrible. Gascap spins and becomes hard to open. Mirrors canât tighten enough so they are always moving slightly. The speedometer is off by 4-5mph, itâs says youâre going 30, but the street meters clock it around 25/26.Pros: Mega fast acceleration and sounds yummy when it drives. Amazing gas mileage. Super balanced and smooth suspension. Looks fantastic and handles really well for its class. Easy to use, and a lot of fun. The price is good, shipping was commutative, getting the title was good.Overall the sale process was nice, and the scooter drives well, but the quality is lower, I already need over 5 things repaired and itâs only been a month.
