One of the best pocket knives I owned.
It comes pretty sharp out of the box, very solid feel in the hand, best for opening letters packages, cutting up boxes for recycling and shaving wood flint. It's sharp enough to fix shoes in an emergency, had a brand new pair with a little too much fabric that rubbed against the skin annoyingly, I cut out a piece of rubber easily. Of course it also looks good, my second Gerber. First one I chipped by accident, it was not products flaw, but my own, it's still in tact but the tip is just brocken which is alright it's still useful. I always get 2.5 inches and below 3" for practical reasons, and this brand didn't disappoint.

Solid everyday pocket knife
Great addition to my folding knife collection and it's moving up to the head of the line for EDC consideration. Solid construction and a great feel weight-wise in the hand. Although this knife does not lock into the open position, the slip joint gives you all the resistance needed to handle most tasks safely. What i've come to expect from Gerber.

Nice little knife
I purchased this knife as replacement. This knife is sleek, easy to pocket. The blade is good-keeps an edge. The only drawback is opening, locking. I like an easy to open knife(otherwise I don’t want to pull it out). The knife is a little hard to open, no lock.Overall a good purchase price is around $20-25.00 USD.

Great Little Pocketknife
I purchased this and several fancier (blade lock, assisted open) pocket knives around the same time but ended up preferring this simpler one for every day carry. It's large enough for most purposes but small enough that I hardly notice that I'm carrying it. There is no lock feature, hence no score for that question.

Just ok
It came damage. Seemed like when they put the knife together, they smashed some parts together. Otherwise it’s a nice knife.

Great gentleman’s knife!
Very solid. Blade is nice and thin and slicey. Back spring is stronger than average, making it a bit tough to open, although the action is very smooth on bronze washers.Overall design is very practical yet beautiful. Affordable price means you can actually use this knife without feeling bad about it!Very pleased with this knife!

A very good pocket knife
I was in a pocket knife buying state of mind because my current knife just wouldn't hold an edge. It came from a well known maker with a reputation for using good steel but it just would not hold an edge past cutting up a cardboard box.I'd had a Gerber before and liked it but I wasn't crazy about the lock back mechanism. So I was happy to see this knife with a slip joint and drop point. It fits my hand well and after a month of regular use it needs sharpening but it's still got something of an edge. Another bonus is the aluminum scales. I hate plastic on anything and the aluminum gives just the right amount of heft to the knife. Easy to open but with enough spring to feel secure when using it.All that for less than $30? What a deal!
