Great Sharp Carving Knife
Really sharp good value knife, easy to use out of the packet and has a good weight to it, cleaved through chicken like it was butter. Its a fine looking knife and has a small cover that sits on the very point. The only thing that could improve this, would be a nice sleeve to cover the blade entirely, its soo sharp!!
