Hartleys Olde English Orange Marmalade - 6x454g

Delighted I found this on line. It is not sold in all the well known supermarkets. I have tried other brands but nothing compares. I first started using this when I was pregnant 50 years ago and had a craving for marmalade sandwiches! It's still a go to for comfort food. I wrote to Hartleys and they replied that they no longer manufactured it, so I wonder who does. Hence why I ordered 6 jars on Amazon.

Very nice, not generally seen in the main supermarkets.

Outer packaging looked OK but two of jars smashed. Not suitable to return. Replacement required. Not handed to buyer left on doorstep, doorbell rung, deliverer gone. Must have been dropped. HELP !

There must be a high demand for this particular brand because i had to buy in bulk due to the supply running out in my local shops too quickly. Marmalade eaters split into two camps. Light marmalade with a few shreds of orange in them and a weak taste. I am of the latter variety. Dark rich marmalade with thick shreds and a very tangy taste. I find this particular brand to be the best tasting in this category. Remember to buy in bulk if you like the taste!

I’ve been trying to buy thick cut marmalade locally but to no avail. Thank goodness for Amazon. It’s the only one I’ve found to satisfy my cravings for decent marmalade. Thank you.

Excellent service. Order arrived as planned. Excellent value for money considering that this marmalade is no longer available in local supermarkets. Love the taste!
