Decent. Good price and quality
So much better than folic acid. Would have preferred a pill to a capsule but easy to swallow nonetheless.

This is the best way to take folic acid to stimulate peripheral nephropathy.
This methylated form of folic acid is more easily absorbed than folic acid itself because it is non-ionized and passes more easily through our lipid based cell membranes. Folic acid itself is usually used to supplement bread to prevent spina bifida but, although it is cheaper, it is much less effective.
