Wish I'd found them sooner
If you have a folic acid deficiency that is unresponsive to the supplements given by your Dr, please please please use these tables they are a complete life saver and I will never be with out them again fabulous product amazing

This is the best way to take folic acid to stimulate peripheral nephropathy.
This methylated form of folic acid is more easily absorbed than folic acid itself because it is non-ionized and passes more easily through our lipid based cell membranes. Folic acid itself is usually used to supplement bread to prevent spina bifida but, although it is cheaper, it is much less effective.
