High hopes for toe cramping relief!
Fast shipping. I've only tried these for two days in a row, and woke up several times per night with cramps. HOWEVER, it may be that it has a cumulative effect, and may worker better after some time. That's what I'm hoping!

Maybe good for leg cramps
I've taken these for over a month and so far there's not a big difference in my leg cramps from my heavy hiking. But it's recommended for leg cramps so you may have better luck
