Great paste to add to everything, I liked it with a Martha Stewart tomato tortellini sauce, also good with polenta, and simply with pasta and garlic!

I like the heat this brings to dishes but start with a small amount because it's really strong.

I was bummed that this product was out of stock when I tried to reorder it the first time and jumped at the chance to reorder when it was back. We love it so much I ordered two this time. I add a half teaspoon to the sauce I make and it adds just enough flavor and spice to take it to the next level. Don't order if you don't like things spicy! We absolutely love it!

This is a great find! Finally found the chilis that do not contain sunflower oil. This is a hearty, spicy paste, and the flavor is excellent.

This is such a unique hot sauce! They have Asian hot sauces and Mexican hot sauces ext. but when I found out that there is a Italian hot sauce I was all over it! The flavor is clean and fresh and has a good spicy heat that is fabulous in re fried spaghetti and hearty in chicken noodle soup!

Works well, although any spicy sauce would work. Just be careful when opening. The liquid is at the top and spills ears and tough to get off. Otherwise okay.
