The Watermat Tow Boggan broke our tow bar on our tritoon, We called the company and they did nothing
Do not get. it does not stay above water, and it broke our tow bar, i'll post pictures later, can't find them right now.

Great towable!
The kids love it! It fits 4 adults just fine going 20mph and its super fun! I like to stand up on it while the boat is going and pretend to surf. Let's just hope it holds up, if it doesn't I will be writing another review but we have used it 5-6 times with no issues!

So much fun but doesn’t hold up
We have loved this towable. Absolutely, hands down a favorite with the kids, but in less than two years the red cover on the mat ripped all the way down. As much as we love the product, it is way too expensive to be a two year toy - especially in Wisconsin where the seasons are so short, it’s use was about 6 months.

Frayed after only several uses
We have only had this mat for 2 weeks and have only used it a handful of times. The black braided rope that you attach to the tow line has already started to fray. Other than that, it is really cool! Hoping to get the company to replace it.

Absolutely terrible design that only submarines. Save your money
Terrible design submarines constantly. Very bad for boat, tow rope and 1300 hundred dollar float toy you just bought.

What happened to the greatest float on earth?
We've owned four of these mats. Most of them from the original owner of the company who invented and manufactured them. In the past the customer service was great, I could always reach a person. They used to support the product. We had INCREDIBLE fun on these mats!Our latest purchase was right from the new company. Grommets have fallen out. the material is thinner and more frayed. And, while I understand that COVID has put the damper on return phone calls, I've been calling since mid June to get some help with repairs, and they haven't even responded. For 1K, I'd expect a call back.We love the mat. As long as it's not damaged, or in need of anything it's the safest most fun water sport tool we've ever had. But the new owners of the company should wake up to the need to continue to produce a higher quality product and back it up with support. Otherwise, repeat customers like us will move on to the next thing.
