That pic shows 35g of penne, which is about perfect amount for our 8 year old.Maybe you could get 40g in.Worth filling with boiling water first for five mins to warm up the insides. Be good if it had a slot for a fork. We just use a rubber band.

Ordered for soup at lunch. Inside circular seal comes off for cleaning but won't go back on. Rubbish.

Delivery was quick. Great for loads of foods. I’ve put noodles, spaghetti and sausages in it in morning for gdaughter for lunch as she’s a fussy eater. Could keep food warmer but for lunch everything is still warm enough to eat. Noodles have still been warm enough to eat at 3.

I regularly visit a relative in hospital who is having problems eating so I take all sorts of 'soft' foods such as scrambled egg in the food flask and find they stay acceptably hot/warm for 2 or 3 hours.
