Easy to make
So easy to make and a great substitute for homemade confectioners custard, I used 100gms of the powder to 250mls of water and once the custard was cold and set I folded in a heaped tablespoon of whipped double cream for extra creaminess. It made a lovely and generous amount of filling for a sponge cake which I then topped with raspberry jam and dessicated coconut. Definitely on my list to keep in the store cupboard.

This stuff is the cheap and nasty flavour you get in budget bakeries. Horrible Will never buy again.
