Firstly, anyone complaining about the fitting process needs to watch the video and follow it. Very simple and works perfectly as described... I haven't yet yested it whilst lifting but will update again once I have and give feedback on how well it works and this gagging issue some have mentioned. It feels comfortable after fitting and doesn't seem to be causing anything obtrusive or a gag response from simply wearing it. Not sure how that will change when I use it in anger.UPDATE - used in anger today whilst deadlifting. Hit a new PB. Not due to item itself, but now I'm not worrying about grinding my teeth I can put full effort into my lifts. Does exactly what I wanted it for! Highly recommend!

I use this product for strongman training. I moulded as per the instructions and I found that this did not mould quite as I liked so I left in the boiling water for a little longer and tried again. It worked the second time, but you have to be very careful doing that! Once boiled it moulded to my teeth and set very quickly. I tried it out squatting and I must say having the mouthpiece to bite down on gave me the feeling of extra strength and ability to push through. I most noticed my balance when squatting, there were no swaying to the sides when the weights got heavy. When I moved onto farmers walks and deadlifts again the ability to bite down on gave me the impression I could lift more. Overall I would say this really have improved my lifting and especially balance. I’ve incorporated this to my daily lifting routine now

Brilliant, can't give this high enough praise. I had been using a normal gumshield up till now but this is next level. Only issue is I ordered a pink one as it was slightly cheaper and received a red one but I didn't really care about the colour so didn't complain but might be an issue for some.

Good bit of kit. Tickles the old gag reflex a bit. Takes some getting used to. It's possibly worth a shot. It doesn't feel quite as revolutionary as the claims are.

I train for strongman comps and this has really helped my lifting. Followed instructions (don't put it into boiling water!) and got it fitted on the first go. Took me a session to get used to it but it has really enabled me to smash out those extra few reps, as you can bite down hard to grind them out. As the mouthpiece only covers the molars, you are able to breathe freely which, especially in strongman comps, helps hugely. Can't recommend these enough.

Well worth the money! Im not going to claim that it makes me lift another plate or two but I will admit that being able to bite down on something when that last rep is going to fail does help.

Upon receiving this we opened it and followed the instructions to the letter. Mainly because we had high hopes for this product but also because it is very expensive for what it is.We went to the website as directed. Did everything it said to do, even going as far as to use a stopwatch. The website dictated to place it in boiling water for 50 seconds. We did this and noticed it buckling and distorting at around the 40 second mark.As you can see from the photos, it is now shrivelled and mangled. The connecting strap has shortened due to the shrivelling and made it extremely difficult to get the band against the front teeth.Considering the product information suggests it will need to be replaced after 3 months, I was expecting something better than you can get from Sports Direct for £5. We bought this because regular gum shields hurt my girlfriend, but at least they represent value for money.We rated 1 out of 5 because it is technically still usable I suppose, despite it's awful appearance and lack of comfort. That said, it doesn't seem to be doing anything you couldn't replicate with a piece of wood or similar.It would be nice to think that the manufacturer might offer a refund or replacement, but that doesn't seem likely as customer service and satisfaction doesn't seem much of a priority these days.

Gets a bit out of shape when you heat and fit and takes a little getting used to breathing...but works very well! Good amount of rubber resistance l and you can bite hard on your last reps. Protect those teeth! Highly recommended.

I bought this mouthpiece cause every single time i would lift my teeth would hurt from me clenching my teeth. As soon as i started using this the teeth pain went away. Awesome product, the fitment was perfect, easy to mold, breathable, and easy to use. Only bad thing is the case is a little cheap and broke as soon as i opened it.

No es la primera vez que me rompo una muela haciendo ejercicios de fuerza máxima, con esto se me acaban los problemas. Además soy capaz de concentrarme más y de tirar más peso no se si será psicológico o quizá sea verdad que puedes concentrar más la fuerza como anuncian.Estoy acostumbrado a llevar bucales, pero este es mucho más cómodo para su cometido ya que te deja respirar perfectamente.Si acaso yo lo haría un poco más fino pero porque el que uso para otros deportes es más fino y estoy acostumbrado a eso.En cualquier caso tiro más peso, no me hago daño en los dientes y me dejan respirar sin ningún tipo de dificultas
