L.A. GirlHD Pro.Conceal, Light Ivory GC970

I can't believe this concealer is still around! I used it way back in high school, but I remember the quality was pretty bad, so I stopped using it. I'm now in my 30s, and I have been noticing dark spots under my eye bag area, so I've been on the hunt for a color corrector. Concealer is no longer enough, so I need something to neutralize these spots. The thing is that I'm super pale, so the standard pink is way too dark for me. I did my research and found that light pink is my best bet. L.A. Girl is one of the few brands that carries a light pink color corrector. And because I've never used a color corrector before, I figured that it made sense to start with this brand since it's cheap, so I don't have to worry about wasting product while I play around with it to see what application technique and product amount work best for me.To my surprise, it works really well! I applied it over my foundation and under concealer. At first, I thought it looked a bit dry and slightly patchy, but it looked amazing after using my setting spray. I even used a tiny bit under my eyes just because I wanted to see if it made a difference, and it did. My undereye area looks vibrant and brightened, but most important of all, it covers those pesky dark spots. I put it to the test over the weekend because I had events to go to and had my makeup on for 12+ hours at a time. It was extremely hot on one day, and I did sweat a little, but the color corrector did not budge. Everything remained intact and covered, so I'm officially sold. I love that it works well with high-end products (my primer is Tatcha, foundation is Dior, concealer is Giorgio Armani, and setting powder is Givenchy). I don't know if L.A. Girl changed their formula, but it seems that it significantly improved.What hasn't improved is the packaging. I don't mind the squeeze tube, but I feel like the applicator tip has got to go. I personally don't find the brush tip helpful or hygienic. I would prefer that it come with a plastic tip applicator so it's easy to keep it clean. I've been squeezing a bit on the back of my hand and then applying it with my fingers because applying it directly with the skinny little brush tip just doesn't make any sense to me.But other than that, it's a great product. I'm glad I decided to give L.A. Girl another chance.

This works really well for under your eye concealer. It covers up well.

For a cheap concealer, this is great but the color didnt match the shade in the picture, so it doesnt blend in with my skin at all.

I got the mint green corrector and the cool pink one. Being so fair skinned, I can have trouble with some correctors. I got another green corrector a while back and it’s terrible on my skin - makes me look a horrid yellow color. The mint green is perfect though! I have developed rosacea and it covers the red nicely without turning me some unflattering color. The cool pink corrector I use under and around my eyes and it does a fantastic job brightening the area! When sleep can’t get me there, this corrector does the trick! The quality of these is better than I expected and I have no complaints. It’s a reasonable price and lasts a good while. I hope they don’t stop making them!

The media could not be loaded. I love the *L.A. Girl HD Pro.Conceal* in *Beautiful Bronze*! The texture is smooth and easy to blend, giving great coverage for dark spots and blemishes. The shade is perfect for deeper skin tones, and it blends seamlessly into my skin. It works well as a concealer and even as a contour. The product lasts all day without creasing. Highly recommend it!

I don't know why it stings a little, maybe it doesn't suit my skin. It has very good coverage! The tone is the right one but I was afraid to try it again, as I said, maybe it doesn't suit my skin.

The LA Girl concealers are my full make-up routine. I do not require a full face of foundation or other makeup items. I keep it very simple, because as the saying goes, less is more. This peach concealer is so much better for my complexion than the orange one that is recommended. The orange one was just not right for me. I am pleased with the price of the product as a little goes a long way. It is buildable and easily so. The quality of the concealer is smooth and easy to apply. It really does brighten the areas around my eyes.

I just had a baby about 8 weeks ago and my skin under my eyes look ROUGH. I don’t think I’ve ever had this dark of circles and sunken eyes due to losing so much sleep. I was desperate to try and find something to hide the dark circles. I was initially using foundation and regular concealer and was called out by my 10 year old that she could still see the darkness. I started Googling away what covers dark circles and came across peach concealer.The moment I put it under my eyes, it immediately eliminated my dark circles. I was eager and put way too much on the first time and looked like a raccoon with peach rings around my eyes so don’t do what I did. A little will definitely go a long way. It blends really well with my skin tint and other day to day makeup. I didn’t put on any setting powder or spray so I’m hopeful it will stay on its own, but I’m willing to bet with some setting powder/spray it will stay in place. I definitely will get it again, especially for the price.
