I hope this review helps you in your shopping. I always appreciate it when people take time to write a sincere review. I had never used braided line before so I did not know what to expect. In fact, it had been awhile since I fished. But I am getting back into it and bought this for my spinning reels. I love it. It is supple and strong. It casts great. It has no memory (sort of like me). Unlike some, I did not start the spool with mono and put this on top. I filled the spool. When it begins to get a little frayed I cut off 10 yards or so. When the reel gets a little lower I will turn it around and use the other end for awhile. Then, I might use it again on a reel with mono on it. I am not saying that that is the best way, but it is what I did. What I can say is that I enjoy using this line more than any other I have used.

I wanted some high visibility line to fish Senko worms with and tried this Power Pro Super and Bravefishermen Super Strong Pe Braided Fishing Line 6LB to100LB Fluorescent orange. I prefer this Power Pro line because it casts smoother. Both lines are very responsive with minimal stretch and good feel, but I like th casting properties of this Power Pro a little better.I will try the regular Power Pro in the future to see if there is much of a difference, but I am very happy with this purchase. I fish in fresh water for bass and catfish and have not had a problem with fraying of th eline (with either brand of line).

My all time favorite line for inshore fishing line for redfish, speckled trout, and snook, plenty of strength and abrasion resistance and no stretch so you can immediately feel the bite when it happens. Much smoother than most braids so it's a bit quieter going through the rod guides. Just be careful with smaller line diameters, it will cut through fingers and skin surprisingly easy with a little tension. The blue looks great on all of my reels and in my opinion looks way better than the typical moss green or yellow. Casts like a dream too.

Diawa Samuri braid is definitely smoother to the touch but for the price Power Pro is a good choice. I've been using Power Pro Products for a long time and slowly switching over to the Slick.

Very thin line but super durable! I bought the 40lbs test and I gotta say the thickness of this line looks like 20lbs compared to other brands. But it is so strong that even trying to cut it with scissors was hard lol will buy again for all my other reels

Although the photo and item number are not correct, the description is correct and it is the newest version, which I was very happy to see. This line is performing as advertised, it is high quality, and I'm very happy with it!
