Delicious! I use it for the benefits of the MCT Oil and as a coffee creamer. It desolves nicely. I have purchased it many times and am never disappointed.

I have been taking this product for years. It comes in a powder form and in the morning I take a teaspoon and put it in my morning coffee. It makes my coffee taste like coconut. You can mix it in water and it’ll taste like coconut water. It does last a while and I recommend this product. I found this company is the cheapest. This is a multi purchased item for me.

This is sooo delicious - the vanilla flavor. I haven’t lost weight but it fills me up so I don’t eat so much.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it has stevia in it and all I taste is nasty stevia, I prefer No Sweetener, great product but minus the stevia please

Can't even drink this mixed in anything. I gage everytime I try to drink it. The taste of it overrides everything else. Worse tasting MCT Powder that I've ever purchased. Wish I would of spent the extra money and purchased a better quality MCT oil powder.

I've been using this product for many years, mainly in my coffee. Delicious! I do NOT use the scoop provided. A 1/2 to 1 tsp is sufficient per cup works nicely. For those who don't like the sweet stevia simply purchase plain. As supplement you could add it it to most anything as it dissolves well. Yes ,I would recommend this for anyone wanting to wanting to get away from "regular" fake coffee creams or looking to enhance other recipes.
