Perfect gift for 6yr old
My nephew just started getting into video games and obsessed over the Mario movie recently. The backpack was nice and sturdy for a young child and I was initially sold on the lunchbox. Little man's favorite part of this was shockingly the squeezy water bottle. Colors are vibrant, the zipper was smooth. Great design and good for the current obsession. The price wasn't too high - reasonable for the set of pieces. Packaged a bit strangely/poorly as it was just rolled up and wrapped into the cylinder, but once opening it smoothed out just fine. Little bit of a mass produced chemical/plasticky smell, but dissipated after leaving it out for a day.

Great for kiddos
Love this purchase. It’s a full sized back pack and great quality. My pre-K child is using it and it was well worth it !! The water bottle won’t last long but the rest is great quality. Love the Mario images. He wouldn’t stop wearing it

Very Poor Quality for Price
The entire zipper broke in under two months of school use. My son barely had anything in it. Such poor quality. I paid quite a lot of money to get a new zipper put in since my son loved the bag. It’s very hard to find a large Yoshi on a backpack. Less than a week after the new zipper was put in, the plastic piece that connects the straps breaks while my son is at school. It’s not fixable without buying new parts and hiring another seamstress. Totally NOT worth the money compared to cost.

Perfect gift
My grandson wanted a lunch box for his 4th birthday. Saw this cute combo! Gammies gift was a hit. He used it on his travel home about 3 days later!

Acceptable.
My son is a huge Mario fan, so we bought him this set when he started kindergarten back in August. One of the zippers of the large compartment broke several months ago, and the mesh compartments on the side have torn from simply holding his water bottle, or snack pack. The little ball accessory broke the first week, and the water bottle it came with was so awful It was not even an option. The lunch box is adorable, but was too small for his bento box, so it has not gotten much use, and therefore I cannot vouch for its resilience. The image of the characters is great though, and the straps have help up really well, so my son is still smitten with his backpack.
