The watch is amazing, my husband loves it.

I've heard so many great things about the Sevenfriday. The box is cool but damn, a thousand bucks for a Japanese movement? The case size is a little too big and it is hard to find a decent strap at a decent price.With all that being said I do love the design and the gaudiness of the watch. It definitely stands out. I could have gone with a Bomberg but decided on the Sevenfriday because of the design and familiarity. I don't regret it.

I bought this watch on sale at Jomashop for $749.00. I love the mechanical almost steam punk style, although I have a problem paying $1,000.00 for the timepiece. This maker decided to make a Swiss quality time piece manufactured overseas with one of the best Japanese movements on the market. The watch is very well engineered, feels very solid, and is heavy. You can see the movement in action by looking at the 60 second dial spinning at the 5 o clock position. At the 7 o clock position the gears appears to flicker in the light by due to the fast speed of movement. Everything to do with this thing appears to be very nice in quality. I couldn't believe that a leather strap for this watch from the manufacturer costs $100.00 ! Although it's very high quality heavy leather, like they say you get what you pay for! Note they ship this watch in a real wooden crate, the thing is crazy big for a watch!
