Really Helpful Control
We have electrical radiant heat in our ceilings and while we like it our thermostats have been the older knob and spring units. Our initial use of the TH115 stats came as a result of replacements via our local electrician who recommend them. Since then we have replaced all of the older units but one with them, and all have been done by a licensed electrician as I don't trust myself as much when working with 220/240 volt systems. While they are not "smart" thermostats, they are easily programmed, allowing for away times, vacation, etc. I have found them to be accurate, and far better at controlling and displaying the temperatures in the various rooms of the house.

Great product and the only one to get for electric baseboards
We have electric baseboards and have spent the better part of three years trying to find one that works. We now have two of these and they are fantastic! We really like them and they have worked well for the last 6 months - hoping this is the long term option.

Very Accurate Temp and Flexible Programming
The thermostat is very accurate and holds desired temps well. It offers very flexible programming although the programming took a bit of getting used to. The unit is sleek and smaller in size so it doesn't overwhelm the wall space. I would have preferred a grey-tone display panel vs. the Lime Green one it has, but the panel dims quickly and does turn to a muted grey-tone. I tried one Aube thermostat as a replacement for an older unit of a different brand and was very pleased so I went ahead and ordered two more to replace other units in our house. All three units are doing their job quite well.

Great upgrade
I was glad to find out my electric wall heaters were all 240v after ordering one of these to test out. The wall heater itself had a sticker stating the voltage and looking at the breakers in my panel also told me they were 240v. The install was easy as the markings on the back of my old dial thermo matched the L1 and L2 marking on the back of this unit. It was kind of weird the switch to go from Celsius to Fahrenheit was behind the face plate, but after I figured that out the rest was easy. This unit keeps my bedroom a constant temp and I will probably order a handful more for the rest of my rooms.

It works. It's small.
I could not use a single-pole (2-wire) programmable thermostat with my baseboard heaters--they just stayed on all the time--so I tried this one, which is a double-pole (4-wire) thermostat. (The second pole gives it a true off state.) Much to my relief, it worked. This thermostat is otherwise very similar to other programmable thermostats. There are 2 main features to be aware of:1) it's small--about a centimeter more narrow than my old standard dial thermostat--and doesn't fully cover the hole from the electrical box. (See pics--flush on the right, but slightly shy on the left.) This is a pretty significant problem, to my mind. Any advice on what sort of cuff or rim might be available to surround the thermostat would be appreciated. Otherwise I'll probably return it.2) Temperature programmability is unnecessarily limited. There are only 3 temperature settings to which any time span can be programmed. If I want one pair of daytime/nighttime temperatures on weekdays and another set on weekends, can't do it. Same as the other 4-wire Honeywell programmable baseboard heater, TL8230A1003, so if you need 4-wire like me, you're stuck as far as I can find. Seems silly when chip capacity is nearly limitless.

Works Very Well
This was easy to install and has made a difference in the amount of power I'm using to heat a small office in my barn. Last year I just used the included thermostat on the in-wall unit and it cycled the heater on/off, but always at full power (amperage). This unit appears to provide multiple levels of heat to the device, and given it's mounted well up off the floor the room temperature stays more even for a lower cost. I'm sure the vacation and automatic time of day programming help.
