It is astoundingly over priced for what you get. It was a tad spicy, and I wound up having to pour in some of my Soy Vay veri veri teriyaki sauce to make it edible.I eat like a bird as my family tells me my entire life. I only eat small portions of food multiple times a day, the portion in this bowl is not even adequate to support the diet I choose. I am 5 foot seven and I weigh 102 pounds, so it’s not like I am a heavy girl complaining about portion size.These type of bowls are cheaper at Trader Joe’s, but they’re still overpriced. I would not recommend this to anyone, ever.

I really liked the flavor!
I did enjoy this and cam back to order more, but they are out. Some didn't like the vegetable, I kind of expected them for the price and it being a quick food...I do hope they are restocked so I can buy more for a fast meal...I also thought the portion size was good for one person...I will buy more when they have it again.

I can't even count the various levels of disgusting in these noodles.
First of all, the packaging was ripped.I cannot understand, honestly, how something can be so utterly flavorless while being at the same time disgusting. The rubbery noodles, the bits of "seasoning" with some extra hot pepper flakes in the vain attempt to make it hot enough that people can't figure out how disgusting it is, or the sauce that seems a mixture of corn starch, years-old corn syrup and dish water.It's like someone did experiments on humans to figure out what tastes disgusting then got the resulting experiments, mixed them together and came up with this.No amount of flavoring you might want to add to this would make it palatable.

Straight forward and simple
I always read reviews before eating. Some say very high sodium. False! When making this I would recommend to put ingredients on bottom then put noodles with sauce. I decided to cook for 30 seconds. Then turn them over & cook for recommended time. I love sesame seeds so put them on last. I actually added some of my on sesame seeds. In general the noodles that come with these items could be better. That’s why I decided to do the first 30 seconds and flip over!

Bland and small
The taste was bland and the serving size was too small. I was still hungry after lunch and ended up eating two. Not spicy or anything though which was nice.
