Wow! Not sure, but i think these healed my "trigger thumb". It was getting so painful! I could not bend it. Had to hold it straight. If it bent past the frozen position it was incredibly painful!I started using this. I don't even remember exactly why. But my thumb started loosening up. And then, I could bend it. With no pain! Besides that, these things taste good! At least to me. They taste like licorice, except they don't have the chemical in it that causes problems.I don't know if this would help with other joint or tendon issues, but I am pretty sure it helped for me.
