So I recently decided to cut all the damage out of my hair. Which intern left me rocking a shoulder length bob although do love the way my hair looks. Some looks just need a long ponytail. I have never use this type of ponytail extension before so I bought two just to make sure the thickness would be consistent with my natural hair. I have to say for the price this is a great product. Hair is soft and luxurious, but at the same Time lets be honest it does tangle. Just like any other ponytail including you own. Since it’s fake hair it does happen quick especially if you take to doing a bunch of hair swings cause your feeling fly but great news it does detangle pretty easy just a quick brunch from bottom to top while holding the top to ensure your not pulling out the hair. Like I said earlier it was my first time using this type of extension so I had a few issues putting it on but the my third time wearing it I feel like a pro. I should possibly do a video.

The color matches well the type of ponytail is realistic sadly it’s unnaturally thick and heavy a lill shiny and it’s not bone straight like the picture it looks like it has layers at the end with a weird flip and staticky

This was pretty easy to put on, but it is heavy so it pulls straight down. Not sure how they achieved the high ponytail look that is advertised on Amazon. The Velcro piece tents to stick out as you move around and gives the ponytail a weird shape. Makes it very obvious that this is in fact a fake ponytail. Somewhat uncomfortable to wear. I bought it to wear in a dance performance, but after trying it on, I would not attempt to dance with it. The hair itself seems very shiny and sleek. I'm not crazy about the piece of hair that wraps around the ponytail because you need a lot of pins to make sure it doesn't move and it still moves. Might work for a Halloween costume though. :)

The media could not be loaded. this ponytail was so soft! i love the length of it and the color match was incredible! i will be using this ponytail in my daily looks from now on! it is a synthetic so it will tangle but it brushes out easily! some water and conditioner will do the trick! definitely recommend this!

This extension piece started off looking great. had I been able to put it in my hair properly, it would have looked very pretty. I didn't actually get to wear it though, because the velcro strip wasn't sticky enough to grip itself tightly, so the piece could not be held in place securely. They give several methods to install the extension, but none of them worked well enough that it stayed in. It's so heavy, that it needs to be installed securely or the weight just pulls it out. I'm still giving it a good rating though, because it may just be that I'm not very experienced in extensions (although the strength of the velcro was definitely an issue). From attempting to put it in and having to repeatedly remove it, eventually the hair got tangled and as soon as I started brushing it, it started to not look as good as when I first took it out of the package. I was able to comb through it with a bit of water mixed with the tiniest amount of conditioner. It's a long, lustrous extension piece that would look great if held in place with more clips and pins perhaps.

The quality was good but the length was not long enough for the event I needed it for. I sent it back and then bought the 24in in the same color, however I came to find out that the color was too dark for my hair. The third purchase, unfortunately, did not come in its manufactured packaging. I ordered it in the darkest brown color and kept the length the same. It had no hair net covering for the ponytail to keep things together and it did not come with a complementary hair tie or bobby pins. It was tangled and was lightly matted. It also looked used. If this was real hair I probably would have just kept it and washed it BUT this is synthetic hair and it can be a hassle to manage. Plus I don't have experience with synthetic hair pieces. I sent back the second shipment and did an exchange for the third because I need it for an event and the color matched my hair perfectly. All in all I can say that with the first to orders it was packaged well with a hair net to keep things together and it included a hair tie and bobby pins. The product is generally well made. But the 2 stars is based on the last hairpiece they sent me.
