Athina Greek Organic Mountain Tea Capsules from Mount Olympus with Vitamin C from Organic Acerola - 90 Capsules

I bought this for my dad who has had Alzheimers and vascular dementia for 3 years. He had a stroke 11 months ago which affected his speech. The difference after 1 month taking these supplements is incredible. His speach is much clearer, stronger, he is walking much steadier, laughing again, taking an interest in books and papers (he lost interest last year). I cant believe the difference and cannot recommend this product enough. The difference in dad is palpable.

My mum has advanced dementia so wanted to try these for myself and the potential health benefits. As lots of studies suggest it can help with Memory loss and dementia. Yes I am petrified I will go the same way especially as I suffer a lot with brain fog! It's too early to say if its helping and suspect I wouldn't notice any difference for upto 3 months anyway.But they're easy to swallow. They aren't cheap though when suggested dose is 3 a day so that's £17.90 a month.I probably wouldn't buy this one with the added vit c (I already take vit c powder) so if I buy again I'd buy the one with added Bacopa monieri in it as its also helpful for brain health.I hope you found this helpful. This is a 30 day supply of Greek mountain tea capsules with a vitamin C-rich extract (Bio Acerola).It’s difficult to assess the effectiveness of supplements (particularly those intended for the purpose of helping to maintain normal bodily function), especially with only 30 days of use, but I do feel generally less sluggish and more active since I started taking these. Whether or not this is because of the supplements, I can’t be certain though.For me, the big turn-off is the price (£17.90 at the time of writing this review). For only a 30 day supply, this is rather expensive, and there are much cheaper alternative supplement sources of vitamin C and other vitamins that help to maintain and improve the immune system, digestion, and brain functionality.

Have ordered this for my mum who has the onset of dementia and can't take any of the conventional medications.Hoping it will help slow down the disease.

With the events of the last two years I think many people have turned to vitamins etc for help with prevention and general well being. It is not that easy to find vegan products so we were pleased to get the opportunity to try these out as the reviews were good. My husband actually got covid a few weeks ago, he was not desperately ill with it and he had the potential to be so hopefully the vitamins helped. As usual it is hard to say if medication works but we are hopeful and we all need all the help we can get at this time.
