They only have 2 sizes available; standard & plus-size. I’d go with a standard size, but it’ll be an over-sized fit, not a fitted-fit.

Q: What does men “standard” size mean?

I'd say it's slightly roomy on a man who takes a medium and would fit just right to a little snug on a man who takes large.
