Love it love it love it! Helps with posture and the random thoracic spine pain I’ll have. It’s not long lasting because, gravity, but I can grab it and straighten up at anytime. Might go larger now that I’m used to this size. Oh! And the ridges really do massage your back.

I suffer from daily back pain & have been scared of going to the chiropractor with COVID19 (not really interested in sticking my face in that little hole on the table). This wheel is amazing & I’m in love with it! You know that feeling you get after an adjustment, that fresh & relieved feeling? That’s the feeling I get every time I use it, especially in the mornings. It’s been such a great tool to crack & really stretches your back. The only thing is that it’s a little larger than my previous foam roller so you’re kind of higher up than I’d like but I’m getting used to it. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this. To me it's even better than a deep tissue massage. But if your muscles are really tense, and you go hard with this wheel, you will bruise yourself. No regret though.The product is pretty sturdy and heavy, but the part where the foam is glued together seems rough.———————-UpdateI now have had this for a month and I use it on a daily basis. It has absolutely relaxed my back that I feel easier to move around.And you can get creative with it.1, put it agains the couch and use the edges to reach the deeper parts of your back2, lean over your couch or an ottoman and use this to massage your quadsThe thing is sometimes when you reach new territory that has never been touched before, it may hurt at first. You’ll feel very sore or even hurtful. But you don’t have to stop using it. After a day or two all of a sudden you’re cured. Amazing.

Update 11/5/20 - I received a replacement wheel with no hassle at all. Unfortunately when I first got the wheel COVID hit so it was pretty difficult to get certain items and this was one of them. Well finally being able to reach out to them they sent me a new wheel with zero problems. Great item and company.I really liked this wheel. I wish I used it more frequently because it does work well. Well here we are in June and I barely have used it and as I was wheeling it broke. An I only weight 200 lbs ;(.

best spino-cylinder alternative that I've found yet. there's an old Simpsons episode where Homer accidentally invents a spino-cylinder to help other Springfieldians back aches. This one could be that great if it were a few inches wider in both diameter and "height" (cylindrical height). Would also be better if the edges were tapered a bit or more than a bit.With the size as it is and not wider (in diamter), it cracks the lowerish part (like bottom 1/4th to 1/2) better than any other device that I have. Sometimes I also get good cracks the bottomest 1/4th, but the top half on the wheel in my experience is pretty inferior to a standard foam roller.Would buy again.EDIT:Broke after about 18 months of sporadic use.Breakage looks like other persons issues. I weigh 175 for reference.I'm downgrading from 4 stars to 1 star.Will not be buying this again lol

I cannot say enough good things about this thing. I sit at a desk 10 hrs a day 5 days a week. i use this twice a day when i first wake up and then when i get home. ill admit at first it is painful but after a couple of days its amazing. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. What i do is take a big ole deep breath in breath out roll up my back a bit and repeat as you wok your way up to your shoulders. every deep pop in my back sends waves of relief and it stays gone now. this coupled with a solid exercise routine has finally helped alleviate my back pain.

I have had this just over three months and I have used it almost every day, multiples times a day. I was in a car accident two decades ago and have a herniated disk and soft tissue damage which still causes me pain to this day. This device has been a miracle for the last three months. It has helped loosen the tense muscles between my shoulder blades. Additionally, it has helped my circulation. I was getting a head rush when I first began using it, but that passed after about a week and now I feel that my circulation is better. I cannot say enough good things for what this device has done for my chronic pain.Sadly, I just used this particular device for the last time. I was doing my normal routine and it crack in 2 places and practically collapsed while I was on it. Ironically I am just outside the return policy. I am definitely getting a similar device again. I just don't know if it will be this particular brand. I am 6'3" and about 200lbs. I believe I am far under the weight the description claims to support. However, it snapped and now I need to find a replacement.

It's works well, while it lasts. I have sciatica in my R lower back and I was using this wheel everyday for 4 months, until i heard a LOUD crack, when the plastic cracked. i might weigh 150 pounds on a good day and the thing is supposed to be rated up to 600 pounds, which i seriously doubt. anyway, buyer beware.
