What a fantastic price for a laser printer of this quality and durability! I needed a printer that had 2 drawers, one for letter size and one for legal. These are full depth paper trays, not the measly 250 sheet trays most printers offer. Being a HP the build quality is great and the refurb process by this seller is thorough. I installed this on my home network and had a slight problem getting it to show up on the network and print properly Their tech support guys were available quickly by phone and they logged into my system and fixed what I had done wrong and told me what to do if I ever needed to add additional computers on the network so they would see the printer. I have recommended them to a FB group I'm in. These are my new "go to guys" for HP printers.

Printer works great! No instructions were included or toner or a printer cable and the duplexor arrived the next day. Luckily I had ordered toner and it arrived before the printer did. There were also pencil markings all over the front but that is an easy fix. Also one of the rods came loos during shipping and I was able to google how to fix. Once the drivers were downloaded and I figured out how to set the trays, it has been awesome. I still think I got a really good deal. This printer is Heavy and I have it under my desk. It fits perfectly there. I have had no issues after 3 weeks.

I ordered a “renewed” HP M602 from A-Z and let me tell you, this thing is like a brand new machine, it looks new and is in perfect condition. Also, when I placed the order, the estimated delivery date was over a month out, I contacted the seller and asked if it could be sent faster as I needed it for a business I was getting off the ground, I got it within 2 days in 3 well packaged boxes and it took me all of 5 minutes to attach the legal tray and slide in the feeder. They even sent me a brand new 90A cartridge at my request the next day. Overall a great experience and having used it for high volume printing for the past week, it works great and pumps out some seriously fast high quality prints. You can’t beat this deal!Thanks guys!

It took three weeks to receive the printer and when I did get it the printer wouldn't synchronize with my computer. I spent four hours on the phone with HP tech support and they couldn't get it to work. What a crock of you know what.

Great value for the money! Works as advertised, my only suggestion is to get a new toner cartridge as the one it ships with is not very good quality. Once we installed a new one the prints look great!

I love my HP printer. It took me a while to figure out how to get the settings where I wanted them, but the seller was very helpful with tech support and now I have an awesome printer for my business.

Really like this printer, works well without jams or connection issues. Easy to set-up.

It worked for a day and then paper jam forever. Cannot get it to work. Trying to get help but it's taking time. Regretting buying it.
