Excellent sherry vinegar. Flavor is much better than the cheap stuff you find at most grocery stores.

A good, everyday sherry vinegar. I use it on salads or in sauces to add a slight tart taste. I like sherry vinegar better than Balsamic vinegar because it's milder. This product comes from Spain and has some very subtle flavors.

One of the best sherry vinegars I’ve ever had. Received a bottle as a gift a couple of years ago and used it sparingly, as you don’t need much, but I finally ran out. Shipping was fast and it was well packaged. Pricey but worth it, really elevates your salads and cooking in general to the next level.

The taste is harsh to me, but I don't know whatmost people use the product for. Maybe "harsh" or sharp isuseful in the way lemon is useful as a balance for the taste quality of kale.
