I gave this light to my niece and she absolutely loves it. Now there is enough rope line to have for even a christmas tree if you wanted to. Now one of the big cons about this is that it does run on battery only which can be a bit annoying. I would have liked it to have a plug but on battery it can last several hours on depending on the intensity of the light. The settings are written on the battery box so you can scroll through those in order to have the perfect setting for yourself. This is a pretty bright light but not enough to be blinding. Be aware that there are light flashes so if you are prone to seizures just be aware of that. There light cable itself is strong enough to hold shape but not too strong where you can't move it around. This can work for indoor and I would not recommend using this for any outdoor or water as you may actually damage. It runs on three triple A batteries and the lighting can rotate, stream or just be one solid color. Overall I think this product is great but it does have limited power.

We got these lights to use on our paddle boards during a glo event at night. They worked great. Many people complimented them and asked where we got them. Great price too!

We used this as our porch lights on the front of our house. It is the length of our porch and lights it really well. Looks great from the street.Fun lights with lots of color possibilities. Remote works well when pointed at the sensor (even through a window).We change the colors for each holiday to keep it fun, and use the alternating color setting on the more festive holidays.The only real problem is that the power supply doesn't seem to have enough juice to keep the lights at the end as vibrant as the lights at the beginning. Other reviewers have suggesting upgrading the power supply.We didn't use the built-in sticky tape on the back since this was going outside, so we used little rubber mounts along the entire string to keep it mounted through all the weather.Lasted years outside under the porch until we decided to take it down to paint and get different lights.

The lights look great and works really well. I only got these lights in November and some of the little lights have gone out in some of the colors. Sad that they don’t last long.

I got this set for home decoration, especially around Christmas and the holidays. The lights look great, and there are lots of nice patterns to choose from. I tested some rechargeable batteries in the lights by running them for a few days straight. They started to dim after a few days, but that was running them 27 hours a day. Happy with their performance.

They are bright and the controller works from a good distance. The lights are more like Christmas colors not pinks n blues.....and are spaced kind of far apart so the effect was not what I was looking for but for the price in keeping them. Might use them around Christmas.

Wife bought a decoration with led lighting and solar charged. Poor quality LEDs and charging system broke several times. This lighting device provided many dozen bright lights that have multiple color and pattern selections. The cost of this quality lighting system replaced the few failed white lights to give the decoration a new life.Whatever you intend to use this lighting system as designed or a different application it works well and seems more durable than most.
