FibroPool Full Sized Fiberglass Swimming Pool Slide - Stainless Steel Hardware - Left Turn

This is a great addition to our pool. I read the other reviews and was leary but decided to try it. It took about 3 hours for me to assemble with a little trial and error. All of the parts were high quality but the directions need improving. You have to use the right legs for each mount or the pre-drilled holes will not line up and nothing is marked. It does come with a nice installation book but the pictures aren't very helpful. Best of all it came with great customer service. I was missing the spray nozzle and I didn't find out until late in the afternoon on a Friday. I called the number in the instruction book and actually reached a real person. He was very apologetic for the missing part and asked me to send a picture of all my parts so he could make sure nothing else was missing. He said he would expedite the shipping on Monday morning. At eight o'clock Monday I received a text that it was being prepared for shipping. At four o'clock I received an email from FedEx that my part will be here tomorrow. So over all a very good slide at a great price with fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend this slide.

Slide is nice and looks good. Like other reviews, it was a challenge to assemble with several holes not lining up. The water sprayer shoots water out everywhere. I ended up drilling the holes on the sprayer a bit larger to make more of a water fall down the slide instead of the fountain spraying everywhere. This slide is a bit shorter than the old one we replaced, and seems a bit narrower for adult hips, but the kids don’t care. The stainless steel ladder is very nice, and the gel coat finish on the slide is very slippery. All-in-all, we are happy with the purchase, and glad we didn’t have to spend 3-5k on a slide!

Terrible to assemble, cheap products, nothing lined up to assemble! Missing pieces and defective rails that resulted in not being able to use. Company refused to replace pieces and ship what was needed to be able to complete putting this together. Sent pictures to them as shown above. They just want to argue instead of making their product correctly and take no responsibility for the defects. DO NOT BUY! I should have read the reviews but was the cheapest to purchase. There’s a reason for it being so cheap.

The original handrails were not fabricated correctly and would not align with the slide.After contacting customer service they responded quickly and professionally and replaced them with new ones. Can’t beat it for the price. Assembly instructions could be more detailed. After speaking with customer service I was told that they are making a video to help with assembly.

Slide is great, assembly was extremely difficult. Holes did not align and had to be drilled and was missing parts. Company did overnight missing parts though. Once assembled it has been great and the whole family uses it

Had to expand my deck, which needed to be done. The grandkids love the slide. I worry about it for anyone over 150 lbs, but slide is great. Took some time to get it operational! Love it! It is a win!

Poor design. The instructions were not clear. Very difficult to assemble. It took 3 grown men. There were parts missing. I must say the company did respond-quickly about the missing pieces and mailed them to me right away. That was very much appreciated.
