I like to take this throughout the day, alternating between this and a different brand/variation of rose hips. This variation clumps a little, but I've figured out how to use that to my advantage and see it as a good thing. If I take some of the powder and allow it to clump against the back of my teeth (bottom row) it allows for some sublingual absorption under the tongue over the course of the next several minutes or however long I go without drinking. I see this as a good thing and the fact that it has no unwanted fillers or ingredients is wonderful!
