Thank God it works great
Fits, easily worn and not as technical as the newer versions. I'm older so the ease of use is very important. I had a very hard time getting it to sync with the phone but was able to do it, it might have just been me lolol . I like the charger too. My was a refurbished one but not one scratch, no complaints here. I love it. Also because it's an older version the print is larger and easier to see. I'm so glad I bought it.

Eh, not good.
It won’t charge very well and goes dead rather quickly. I started a return and decided to see how it would work going forward and it’s not working very well. And now I have missed the return period. 😞

Very disappointed/think twice about buying from this third party seller
I bought this Fitbit for my mom in November during the pandemic and was not able to give it to her until March. It didn't work correctly. It would not keep a charge and I wanted to get a replacement. I tried to do it my self but it said I was past the return/replace time. I called Amazon and they said it was to late after explaining what happed I was transferred and was told the same thing. I guess I was on the phone for around a hour. they finally said that I could send it back but they were going to charge me a restocking fee. Now remember I told them that it didn't work and wouldn't keep a charge so why in the world would they restock something that is damaged it makes me wonder because this is a used Fitbit that just maybe the person who had it before me had the same problem. Amazon if you are reading this you need to stop doing business with this third party and make them give me back my restocking fee and to make me happy give me a new Fitbit.

Good for a bit, then started to fizzle out
When it arrived, it looked like new and paired easily with my phone. Battery life is excellent. Noticed the vibration to be weak, even on the highest setting, but after my original Versa wouldn't charge or turn on anymore, it was a great improvement. However, I found the watch lost connection with my phone occasionally. I got it in June, its now August and it loses connection multiple times a day. Sometimes I just need to restart the watch, other times I have to completely start from scratch as the app doesn't even show it existing as a device that's been paired! I know I need to do this when the screen on the watch defaults to a different face I have never used. Assuming it's from a previous user? It's really irritating when I depend on the watch to send me my notifications.Bottom line, refurbished might save you money, but damn is it causing headaches for this busy mom that doesn't have a lot of time to fiddle with a watch multiple times a day...

Back to basics, solid watch, reasonable price
I wore a Versa Lite for several years nd enjoyed it, but didn’t use all of its features. After gifting it to my daughter, who would use all the features, I took some time to contemplate my next investment. I do like being able to count my steps, but all the other health monitoring isn’t for me. This watch allows me to do what I need and shut off what I don’t want. Very good battery life, and standard flat backed design is very comfortable. Very pleased with this model.

Not great... Pretty disappointing!
This thing is just not great for how expensive it is. The battery life is TERRIBLE. I basically had to turn off all of the smart watch features to keep the battery from needing to be charged every day. Defeats the purpose of a smart watch. The sleep tracker never detects sleep accurately. After 8h of sleep it pops up that I only slept 45 minutes. I'm pretty sure I would feel horrible if I had only gotten 45 minutes of sleep. The 02 sensor works sometimes and then other times it doesn't. Just overall a real piece of garbage for being so expensive. I'm going to return it and get a Garmin. I purchased it to participate in my health insurance rewards and unfortunately the insurance app is only compatible with Fitbit or Garmin so my options are limited. A Garmin has to be better than this crap!
