Great - dog loves it & very good instructions
My dog loves this. It's kind of like a little game for my golden retriever, since he likes to drink from the fountain part. This is good for big/large dogs since the bowl is very large. My dog is very slobbery and fussy about clean water, so I was getting tired of changing his water 5 times a day! This is also very quiet. I will say that you do need to follow the instructions, especially the ones about cleaning the parts before hand. I didn't clean all of them and ended up with black bits in the water. I disassembled, cleaned and all was fine... I should have followed the instructions the first time around. Instructions very good and easy to read! I do wish it was prettier though. If they made this in a different colour, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another!

Great fountain
My cats always want to drink from the tap so though I would give this a go, previously had a cheaper tub version but can’t used to tip this over from a different brand. This one is very well designed and low in noise am very impressed just my cats won’t use it haha I’m hoping they eventually do and I don’t have to keep running taps.

Small dogs and cats
I am sorry I cannot add the video because I ended up giving this particular fountain away to my niece às for some reason my dog just didn't like the way it was set up and also think the force of the water wasn't that good. So I gave it away, there was nothing wrong with it as I've had fountains before and wanted replacement for the one that had just given up the ghost and broke, it was a drinkwell Platinum which I had for 5 long years without breaking and thought this one was going to be better. But comparing the Drinkwell Platinum to the one above in photo the drinkwell is bigger and holds more water in its tank and only has one filter to replace. The Petsafe Pet fountain was alot more quieter practically no noise at all, but it takes two filters and is only suitable for small dogs like Westie or scottie dogs and cats. My dog is a Cocker Spaniel and clearly likes the Drinkwell because of the force of water. But if you habe a small dog it will be perfect for you however if you have bigger dogs the think about the Drinkwell Platinum as I said it lasted for 5yrs without breaking, there both good fountains.

Not very good
I've had this item for over 2 years, and I don't like it, the filter needs to be changed very often and the inside gets very slimy, the cats don't want to use it anymore and I found out that it's because the motor itself is filled with slime, I clean it every week , and thats a lot of work, and replace the filter every 3-4 weeks but it's not enough, I have 4 cats, but only 1 wanted to use it, I had to put a bowl of water next to it and that they use. The other thing is, it's very loud, and I can hear it from upstairs on the other side of the house, I would not recommend this item, I really tried to like it, but today I decided to unplug it and just throw it out.

Sound of silence?
Sadly, I returned it as too noisy. It is a pity as it is well built and does what it is designed to, but the noise is too loud. I tried muffling with cloth in the hollow underside and placing it on a noise-absorbing surface. All to no avail. What did work was when I put it in a cupboard, under some towels. The noise was bearable, but my cat had no way of opening the cupboard doors. Annoying.

Great for multiple dogs
Got this as we got a second dog and it saves having multiple water bowls about. Easy to clean once you get the hang of it. Filters can be changed. It does have a hum but I have had to raise it off the ground as one of my dogs likes to play in the water with his feet, which might be why it hums.

Motor gets hot
Easy to assemble with clear instructions, quality is good and my dog loved it at first then he wouldn’t drink from it after first day, the reason being is the water actually gets warm within a few hours of filtering, so I sent back as no longer practical and I went back to regular water bowl , it’s a shame as I loved the water fall

Dogs live it
I've had this for 2.5 years and I can't fault it. It's a bit of a potch to clean but works well and the pump hasn't failed
