The brushes are really useful for cleaning my cat's fountain. Sturdy and good sizes.

Brought this after struggling to reach all parts of the fountain to clean throughly, makes it easy to reach all places. Our cats have the catit water fountain and all the brushes came in useful. The small brush made it easier to get inside the pump, medium sized brush to clean corners of tray that filter sits on and inside the funnel piece and the large brush with sponge made easy work of cleaning the main bowl and top of funnel.

Brushes as pic show and no surprises of them being too short to reach fully down the tube part of my pets water drinking fountain. Even thougu i change the filter every couple months as directed, the fountain itself just like a kettle or anything that constantly holds water needs a clean and its become super easy with these. Like most fountains mine i pull the part off that has the cylinder that pushes the water up for it to come back foem the other side to the base, I use the biggest brush with the sponge for the whole base and the entrace of where the water is pushed up, then the smallest one is perfect to clean the vents on the side of the pump of anything, just the the vents on a fish tank pump need a clean, then the middle one to clean into the edges of where the water cascades down and also all the way down the tube the water comes up. They all have been easy to use, good value getting all 3 and the fountain has been sparkling and it's so quick to do and helps the filters last longer. Really happy with purchase.

It’s so much better when we had fitted a water softener.Otherwise, the stone is hard, so you have to scrape all of it!

Worth buying

Have just bought a replacement set of these brushes after 10 months (the catch holding it steady in the handle broke and now the sponge at the end just spins rather than staying steady). They're very useful for cleaning our cat fountain, but the big one in particular is fantastic for cleaning the bottom of beer glasses, bottles, vases etc - we've probably used it more for other things than the cat fountain.

Fits the description. I’ve bought this to clean the cat mate water fountain and managed to finally give some of those awkward places a good scrub.Not sure about the durability of that top sponge on the larger scrub but we’ll see.Also feel like only two scrubs would have sufficed for my purposes at least (one large and one thin long).

I brought the CatMate pet fountain frommy local pet store earlier this year for my little dog, Jake. Since this time I've been cleaning it daily by hand (I don't own a dishwasher). I thought I was doing an okay job, however I had begun to notice some yellowing in the narrow end of the connecting pipe way that the pump attaches to. I brought this hoping to catch it. Effortlessly it cleaned it beautifully, both in that narrow end of the tube and in all other areas. Yes it would probably be cheaper to just buy different size bottle brushes, but I valued my time more and so just got this set! It put my "perfectly fine" daily washing for the last few months to shame and my dog instantly seemed to prefer the water again once that tube had been cleaned out! The water must taste fresher and I really wish I'd purchased this when I got the fountain instead of thinking of it as "unnecessary". 100million% reccomend to anyone who owns a pet fountain!
