My breakfast every other day. Bring a glass of water+milk to boiling point. Add 1 full spoon of Raagi powder in a cold water cup aside and mix well without lumps. add this mixture to hot water+milk and stir well. Turn off and add a spoon of jaggery powder(replacement for sugar). This malt contain a good amount of fiber.
