Design Toscano Blessed Virgin Mary of Unconditional Love Religious Statue by artist Evelyn Myers Hartley, 8 inch, Medium, White

I was so thrilled with this piece. She blended beautifully into my altar and just glows wherever she is placed. The tiny flaws did not detract from her appearance. I have posted her picture on a spiritually based Facebook page and received more than 200 responses and many favorable comments on her picture. I was asked where I found her and I think you'll be getting some orders. She is based on Our Lady of Medjugorje, Queen of Peace, honoring visions of Mary, the mother of Jesus, which began in 1981 to six Herzegovinian Croat teenagers in Medjugorje, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

I love this statue. I think of it as Mary Magdalene. She is young and is dancing, and her veil is flared out with movement. She has an amused look on her face and she is having fun. A relief from all the serious and pious statues of Mother Mary.

This item measure about 10 to 12 inches tall. Did not fit our needs as the size was way larger than expected.

The statue arrived packed very well and in excellent condition. She has a gentle expression and a more active than passive depiction than most other representations of Mother than I’ve seen. She was a gift for my wife who is absolutely in love with her.

This statue was just as advertised, as looks perfect in my garden.

Simple can be good. Slightly overpriced, but I kept it.

This was a perfect gift for my husband. His mother used to have one exactly like it in her garden & it broke. We have been looking for one a long time.

I place her in a place of honor at Christmas since Mary is the mother of my Jesus.
