Chai tastes amazing when made with Madhuram
Madhuram enhances the flavour of tea especially when added to elaichi or masala chai. The only draw back is that if you add it while stewing the tea, the milk curdles. So, you have to add this later to your cup of (unsweetened) tea. Even sooji halwa made with Madhuram tastes good. If you prefer to take 1 and a half teaspoon of sugar to a cup of tea, then 1 teaspoon or less of Madhuram will give the same amount of sweetness. But it is slightly high priced for rs. 60 a kg. Patanjali has come up with a grear product and should either sell it cheaper than regular sugar or in that range so that the common man can buy it. There is no sense in selling Madhuram slightly cheaper than branded brown sugar or demerara sugar. I mean tea made in brown or demerara sugar doesn't tear the milk while cooking and tastes just as great. My grandmother always preferred 'gud ki chai' as opposed to white sugar tea. Daily consumption of Jaggery is beneficial to the human body and hence I feel this product should be more economical and easily accessible to the commoners.

Wake up Indians
Developed western countries have imposed heavy restrictions on using white sugar (slow poison) in their food products. But, we, Indians never care about our health and never understand the extreme ill effects of using white sugar because we are ruled by TVs, media, internet run by illuminati. We, Indians are the easiest target of diabetes and other illnesses caused due to the usage of white sugar (poison) for the illuminati to sell their drugs. Infact, 99.99% consumer products sold in India run by few parent companies in US. They sell various chemical food, soap, shampoo and other products to us and also sell drugs to us to cure the diseases caused by those chemical products. We, Indians never know these facts because we are being given advertisements in an eye catching manner to use their products and saying that they (those few parent companies) are the best and they have no alternatives (e.g. Hindustan Lever Limited) which are based in US and other western countries. They are not Indian companies. To compete with them and to save Indians from diseases, Baba Ramdev's Patanjali was introduced in India and it is a god's gift to Indians. (I am not his fan, but this is a fact and I was a regular consumer like you who used chemical products before, but now I realised the ill effects of them)This Madhuram Jaggery (Tamil name: Panai Karupatti or Panai Vellam) has been used in world's oldest Tamil Siddha Medicinal system and also by people in and around Tamilnadu, Southern India and Northern parts of India from ancient time. Those ancient people, particularly villagers and elderly people who added jaggery in their diet never had diabetes and other diseases because of the usage of Panai Karupatti (jaggery) instead of white sugar.I strongly recommend to refer old Siddha texts about this or ask to elderly people like your grandma who used this about its goodness to your health.I use this jaggery daily in places where I can replace the white sugar in my diet, such as tea, coffee, breakfast, deserts, cakes, etc. This jaggery gives similar taste as like white sugar. I suggest you to try it in tea firstly and also eat it raw in empty mouth and then you will never use again the poisonous white sugar in your life. This product is absolutely worth for Rs.60 per kg. Go ahead and buy without double thinking and don't worry on reading the negative reviews by some dumb people (I guess they (fake reviewers) are corporate competitiors (who sell chemical based products in India) who oppose Patanjali because of their down market in India after the introduction of Patanjali products. If you don't switch to jaggery in your diet by avoiding white sugar, the diseases which may cause in the long run in your life are inevitable.I advice Patanjali manufactures to print the labels in 22 Indian official languages rather printing only in Hindi and English to take the market to all states of India for the benefit of people's health.
