Not chalky and meets my needs
I enjoy that I don't need vitamin b12 shots any longer because this is doing the job. I have an autoimmune that causes dryness so after placing tablet under tongue I take a sip of water to help dissolve otherwise it takes several minutes. My husband has no problem with it dissolving for him.

Excellent B12 supplement
I chose this type of B12 (sublingual cyano….) after a ton of research. According to Dr. Greger of nutrition.org, apparently this form of B12 is the most stable and is for that reason recommended by him; he also recommended sublingual or liquid. This takes a while to dissolve under your tongue but is a pleasant flavor so it doesn’t bother me.

Great value and the product works well.However…. If you are wanting “quick dissolve “ this is NOT the product you want. It can take up to 10 minutes to dissolve.
