I use this to hold a heart medicine. It hold 4 small pills. It's heavy, the chain is smooth. I haven't had it but a day so I can't say how sturdy it it but it feels good. It twisted together cleanly and the spinning piece spins freely. It's very shiny and has cleanly cut out "lettering". I'm pleased with speed and quality thus far. It came with a mesh bag and a leather string as well.

I absolutely love this necklace. I was looking for something that could fit some chewable aspirins and a couple of nitro pills. Although it is the slightest bit to small for the aspirins, it easily fits about 5 or 6 nitro pills. I have never had a problem with it unscrewing on it own and i wear it everyday. My oldest son passed away 7 years ago and I purchased a bunch of these for my family off Wish. My daughter and I wear ours every single day. They have been amazing quality, long-lasting, we can even wear them in the shower or swimming. My daughter lost hers the other day and I didn't think that I would ever find them again. I was so amazed that not only did they have them on Amazon but they're the exact same product that I purchase off Wish. I have purchased several as backup in case I can't find them again in the future.

Imagine my surprize when I was rushed to the ER and told that I needed emergency open heart surgery. AT MY AGE???Im only 58 and active as they come!!! So I had it and now have to carry Nitro pills with me wherever I go.Instead of carrying them in my pocket and taking a chance of forgetting them at home..I got this little gem!! Its small...stylish...holds 6 Nitro pills and fits around my neck easily so Ill never be able to forget that I have them if needed.The only thing Im a tad bit concerned with is...if its waterproof. But thats easy to find out. The only other issue that I have is that the clasp that holds the pendant onto the chain doesnt look to be very promising and has the prongs sticking out.Other than that...it fits my lifestyle very well.

It’s a great cute product. Sturdy feeling. Not too heavy. I was going to use it to put my meds in it but it was a but smaller than i expected but thats on me for not measuring my meds 🤷‍♂️. Great product for price and you get a chain with it too.

The container itself can not be titanium because it rusts on the inside of the lid, and on the bottom of the inside of the container. So the whole thing isn't titanium, it's not waterproof, so it's not good for holding anything that has to stay dry, unless you want to take it off every time you swim or get in the shower. It's beautifully made, but I had to replace the clamp that connected the locket to the necklace because it kept falling off as well. The chain is decent quality though. It's not terrible for the price but it does have it's faults.

I love my new locket! I wanted a locket that would hold my nitroglycerin tablets securely. I didn't want the tradition style of nitro pill holder. This hold about 6 of my pills discretely. It's a perfect size and the chain seems very sturdy. The prayer wheel spins! And I love the functionality of being able to put something inside. This is simply a beautiful piece of jewelry that I am very proud to wear!
