We love this swing! It was very easy to assemble and seems to be very sturdy. We've had a few thunderstorms with lots of wind and this thing held up beautifully. If I have one complaint, it's that the bottoms of the cushions are very very thin. I replaced them with very dense foam and they feel great now. We're extremely pleased with this swing.

Lovely two seater patio swing. I am really enjoying the addition to my home and can relax when using this swing. Very comfortable, sturdy and was easy to assemble with the two of us.The holders are sturdy enough to hold 2-8oz glasses on each side and a cell phone. You need stretch out the legs underneath of the holders to attach to the bar to hold them up. The lumbar pillow is a nice plus and the cushions are good but can, down the road, be replaced with something thicker or more to your liking. But it does match beautifully. The overhead cover is easy to stretch on but I would suggest for winter weather and rain to buy an overall cover. If put in the right place you get great shading from the sun!I’m so glad I got this product and would buy it over again.The lighting that comes with it works great but you must remember on the back of the solar box to turn it ‘off or on’ and the lights do not work in the daytime of course. The Solar box for lights take a good 8 hours to charge once you install the batteries. But the lights are very colorful and you have two choice patterns on how they blink.The picture instructions were good enough to put the swing together if you look carefully. Remember to put on the covers for the bolts for a finishing touch. The hanging posts for the swing have two shorter ones and two longer ones. The longer ones go in the back. Other than that it’s good to go and simple.I would recommend this product but if you don’t have patience to put this patio swing together have someone else do it for you or at least help.Customer service was great and helpful. ♥️

This swing is attractive and comfortable. The instructions were horrendous.There are only diagrams (which I am usually fine with) however the instructions have me a looking for a part "k" on the diagram for step 2...yet the parts list at the front of the instructions has no part "k" listed. After getting half of the seat done I realized that there were some very thick rubber spacers/washers left on the table with the bolt caps and it appeared these might be "k".After I got the swing assembled (I'm 72 and was able to put it together by myself) I stood back to discover the seat wasn't level. I tried moving it around on my porch in case the porch wasn't level and causing a problem. It hung crooked no matter where I placed it. I reviewed the instructions and made sure I had put everything together properly. I had. I checked the level on the top of the frame and it was right on. When I placed the level on the metal swing seat, the bubble went all the way to the right. Clearly something was wrong with how the swing was hanging.I measured the springs, the holes drilled in the crossbar for hanging, everything...both sides seemed to match. Then I tried taking the springs and hanging arms from the right side (the side that was too high) and switched it with the left spring and arms. Now the left side was too high....so that told me it was something to do with hanging arms or spring. I took the swing down for about the fifth time and this time I totally removed the hanging arms and laid them on the porch floor side by side and discovered that two of the hanging arms are about an inch shorter than the other two. The instructions show all four arms marked as part "g" with no mention that the arms are different sizes.The instructions don't even have attaching the arms to the swing or the part "g" listed on the diagrams. It just shows attaching the spring to the crossbar. After spending nearly an hour trying to resolve the issue, the seat is now level. I used the longer hanging bars in the back and the shorter ones in the front as I am pretty short and thought it would be more comfortable. This whole issue could have eliminated if the hanging bars had been given different part letters to differentiate the two sizes and to show in the diagram where the different sizes go.As far as the swing itself, It appears to be well made with the exception of the cushions. The buttons on the back cushion are barely hanging onto the fabric. I will need to restitch them. There are two pop-up trays on each end of the swing but my porch is too narrow to open them with the way I have the swing sitting on the porch. I'm sure they would be nice to use.Now I'm going to go sit on the porch, have a glass of tea and swing for a bit. I'm exhausted!

The Patio Swing from Purple Leaf came in two boxes. This was a plus as it made the movement of the boxes easier and prevented damage to all the parts in transit. The parts were well labelled and they were all in great condition. Assembly was relatively easy and the instructions were well laid out and simple.I did have difficulty with the allen head bolts that attached the side trays to the main frame legs. The tread sleeve for the bolt in each of the legs (A) and (B) may not have been machined properly. Consequently, it took quite a bit of force to screw them in. So much so, that the heads stripped. I decided to finish construction of the patio swing and contact customer service afterward.The shade frame provided enough tension on the canopy to make sure that it was taut and not sagging. This swing has two side trays to hold phones and beverages.The best part of the swing which is a key differentiator from all the others that are available is the finished back of the patio swing. Most are just a colored fabric which looks very cheap. The Purple Leaf Patio Swing is ornate metal work. This makes a huge difference if it is positioned on a patio in such an orientation that it is facing the inside of the home.The best thing about this Patio Swing is the tremendous customer support I received from Purple Leaf. I had a problem with the bolts and two of the legs. The communication by email was effective and rapid. Additionally, they had a very helpful and customer focused orientation. I received the replacement parts by Fedex Ground sooner than I had expected. It was their actions that made me a big believer in Purple Leaf. Im so happy that I purchased this swing. Actually this is my third product of purple leaf,cause they have a good quality of product. The package came into two boxes and arrived in different days. Easy to assemble and the manual is not that hard to follow. We love it. And I love the bonus lights.
