99.9 % lovable. Totally recommend. Minor complaints.
I have been a long term user of Alpatronix products. I love the amount of extra battery life I get out of them. So when I went to update to my iPhone 11, I was eager to to grab a new case.I couldn’t tell the difference between this case and the other iPhone 11 battery case- so I ordered both of them (figuring I would use them both and/or favor one). The pros of this case are that it seems less bulky than the other choice, but lengthens the phone by moving the speakers to forward facing. Not something that impacts me one way or the other, but maybe someone prefers that.It is super easy to slide the phone into and out of the case. Much better than having to slide it in to a skin like the other case or remove a faceplate like my iPhone 7 Plus cases required. The wireless works well. The case easily mounts into my wireless charger in the car.Battery life seems fine. Obviously a decent case. I favor this one to the other one because I like to switch cases often and the other one is harder to put on and take off of the phone. These cases are designed to be able to plug in your earphones, but mine didn’t work in either of them.Wireless charge works fine, but if I were to add a pop socket or something, it wouldn’t easily do the wireless charge thing or mount easily into a wireless car charge. I wish they had built a ring or pop socket into the charger.I also wish the cases came in different colors....I’m a fan of being able to dig through my purse and see something that’s not black (my iPhone 7 Plus cases were pink).I also wish it was slightly slimmer, but it’s not a deal breaker for me.Since I found the other case hard to use and broke it while trying to put it on, I have returned it (with no issues from Alpatronix- yay supportive customer service) and will most likely get a second one of these.Other things to note: my old iPhone 7 cases allowed me to use a charger that wasn’t the iPhone lighting charger, but a regular ac charger. I liked that better. I always could charge my phone with whatever chargers were around then. Now I have to invest in a few more iPhone cables and/or wireless charge things. But I can adapt.

Form and Function
Want a great battery case, but don't want to pay the $129 that Apple demands? THIS IS THE CASE FOR YOU.- Design: SLEEK. does NOT have the odd lump that Apple's cases are notorious for. Yes, it makes the phone larger and heavier, but every battery case on the market does.- SUPER easy to use. Slide the bottom and top onto the phone, hold the button on the back to turn battery functions on and off and you're in business. Press once to view current battery capacity.- LIGHTNING CABLE COMPATIBLE -- this was a HUGE plus to me. Most other cases force you to use a micro usb once your phone is in the case.- WIRELESS CHARGING CAPABLE -- most other cases do not have this function. You can charge the case and or the phone without having to take the case off.- Buttons and silence switch are both easily accessible. You do have to apply slightly more pressure to push the side buttons, but overall it has a great feel.- I was skeptical, but just as advertised, the case does NOT interfere with the wide-angle camera at all.- Lastly, this product is DURABLE and comes with a great 2 year extended warranty if you register your product.

Product broke 3rd charge, customer service and warranty a complete joke!!
I had really high hopes for this case as the specs looked great and the reviews seemed good. Now that it’s here, I wish I would have listened to the negative reviews, and I encourage anyone considering buying this product to heed my words. First, lets start with appearance. The case is sleek, love the feel, not overly heavy, and generally looks great. That said, fit on my phone is not good. It rattles around in the case like a maraca (not fun :/). Next, let’s talk performance. For the first 3-4 charges this thing was awesome! I was charging it with a QI compatible Anker wireless charger and thought I had left cords in the past. Well day 4, I go to charge my phone using the case and it’s dead despite a full night on the charger. Now the case won’t charge on the phone or off the phone period, wired or wireless, HARD BROKE! Okay, stuff happens. I’m not one to write a hasty bad review unless I have good reason to. So here we go. Finally, let’s talk customer support. I will preface this with how the product comes to you. It’s nice packaging, comes with a screen protector, and is generally well executed. The most striking part of the packaging is the two or three fliers you get about Alpatronix’s “awesome” customer support and warranty, which if you register the product extends it a year AWESOME! Well, now I know Alpatronix warranties work like they do in Tommy Boy “I can take a dump in a box and mark it guaranteed, I got the time.” The day the case breaks I go on the alpatronix website and attempt to submit an RMA. The website is AWFUL! Both on Mobile and desktop. Finally, find the RMA submit button only for it to fail and force me register my product. Ok, no big deal. Except, there is no confirmation when you register (no email, no “you are registered” screen, no account in the top right corner, Nothing!). However, it does let me Submit an RMA now. I Submit the first RMA and again no confirmation ( no RMA number, no email, no estimated time to respond, 0 feedback). I wait 24 hrs during their normal customer service hours with no reply whatsoever. Ok, maybe it didn’t go though. I submit another RMA, another 24 hrs go by with 0 response. Now, I’m getting frustrated. I turn to amazon and submit a question to the seller that way. Finally! I get a response. I’m not asking for much, just acknowledgment that I have an open and pending RMA action on my broken device. Reply from Alpatronix claims I submitted my requests outside of customer service hours (I didn’t, I even checked PST vs my time zone to make sure) and that’s why it took so long. At this point I’m still willing to work with them. They send me a bunch of troubleshooting steps and ask for pictures. I follow them to a T, and send back requested pics. Troubleshooting didn’t work (had to charge case without phone for extended period). I reply again and let them know “hey tried it all and nothing worked.” Been waiting for 3 days for a reply at this point. Then, all of a sudden I start receiving advertisement emails (assuming they signed me up without asking) from their CEO. This seems small but I was angry at this point. Apparently they have the best customer service and the best products in the game. WHAT A JOKE! It was the straw that broke the Camels back. I can’t trust this company can work efficiently enough to keep my amazon refund timeline viable, so today I asked for a full refund. I doubt I will get a response from them and will probably be forced to eat the 40 bucks. I work in IT customer service and am extremely disappointed with how this ordeal turned out.
