Very good quality ink!

I've come to love Kuro Sumi Lining ink. I've used about 4 bottles, and here are my thoughts on it. I use it strictly for lining and small black fills. I wouldn't really recommend it for large tribal fills because it dilutes quickly due to the plasma, and I would invest in a different brand for gray wash. Kuro Sumi washes are okay, but they age blue a little faster than others I have worked with. If you use this ink for what it is made for, its excellent!It does NOT dry in the ink caps, which is a must in my opinion, and it flows well. I would recommend using tighter tips for this ink because it flows so fast. This is the best value for lining ink, period.*Finally, only licensed professional artists who have gone through training should be using this. Please don't be selfish and tattoo your friends without proper training. Tattoo yourself, that's fine. But don't wreck your friend's skin, some of these cover-ups I'm having to do are in tough shape.

Came packaged perfectly, maintaining the integrity of the bottle and sterility even after the delivery driver threw it some 6 meters into my garage from the driveway. Sealed and sterile with all appropriate documentation. As for the product, It is very high quality. Did not run excessively during work, did not gum up in the macheine or dry out. Pushed cleanly and very, very dark. Will update review when healing is done, but after three days it is still as dark as it was fresh.

This is the best and blackest ink I have used yet and I have tried them all!!! Perfect shipping and I had seen people had problems with the bottle leaking but if you make sure you have that O ring cardboard piece in the top that fixes the problem!!

This ink specifically is slightly runnier than other inks I’ve used but it sticks really good and it’s one of the best black inks I’ve seen so far

Kuro Sumi has been around for YEARS! This is a tried-and-true pigment for lining!!! However, we do not use it for filling in tribal tattoos or for super heavy blacks. This ink is somewhat thin/watery and not recommended for filling large areas of black. Our studio will dilute this pigment 1:1 with Dynamic Black ink to create a thicker outlining ink that can also be used for tribals and heavy blacks. Otherwise, use alone for clean outlines that will stay crisp when applied correctly.

The only “Black ink” I will use.
