GROHE 28142000 Relexaflex Hose, Chrome

Grohe has really deteriorated over the past few years and is now filling these customer service departments with people who have very little knowledge about their products and they are consistently rude. Therefore I will purchase the competitions products rather than be insulted and humiliated, wow! Whoever is responsible for these so-called customer service people should be immediately fired! I also want to add this is not my first experience of this rude incompetence with Grohe, it’s like my 6th time of the past couple years. I thought I was just having an unlucky draw of customer service personnel but after this many times I find its the handwriting is on the wall. I had never viewed the other customer comments about Grohe until recently and I am shocked at the number of complaints and the pure lack of professionalism! Forget this company if you are smart!
