I bought multiple copies of this book for my young men sons. Dr. Teta provides mentorship without being preachy in digestible daily bits. This book succeeds in being a voice for men who want to level up in a time where men are being asked to minimize themselves. The daily inspirations have spurred great conversations. It's not uncommon to get a call from one of my sons to talk about something in that day's entry. Thank you Dr. Teta!

A must buy, truly life-changing!

I either start or end my day with one page. I love the reminders, the motivations, the reflections, and the insights of how we need to look at our lives. Questioning our behaviors, judgements, and how we see things from a different angle can be very challenging, and to me there's no better way to do it than reading one page (or a couple) a day to level up as humans. Received book with a crease down the front cover. This was supposed to be a graduation gift, now I have to return it. Disappointed
