When I started taking this product, I immediately felt an increase in energy and alertness.

Being very cautious, & taking 1-drop for first week, 2-drops 2nd week. So far doing fine. I am not having any problem with cold extremities now, & am not too uncomfortable with heat. My thyroid health is managed with Tirosint which is mostly levothyroxine except for gelatin, glycerin and water; however, my immune system is down & absorption is low. I am hoping the rubidium will help my thyroid improve my immune system. I am giving it to my husband for his prostate cancer too. I will update my review later.Eight months later, have decided to reduce my intake by mixing 1 drop in 16 oz. of water, and taking 1oz. of that mixture once a week, reducing gradually by half ounces until this bottle is gone. I found that I lost interest in the food sources of Rubidium. I stopped giving it to my husband within a week as it had no effect on his hot flashes. I should have checked with my physician before buying it. I do not have buyers remorse, just needed to know correct amount for my health needs.

I am a little skeptical about using plastic bottles. I was surprised when I received them in plastic. Decided to use the products due to good reviews.

This is a high quality supplement in the right form for best absorption. It doesn't hurt my stomach at all like so many others do.
