Great meidcal bag
I've been looking for a medical bag that I can leave in my car. This bag is exactly the size advertised. I chose the orange one because it stands out and easy to locate in an emergency. The bag not only has a top that clips closed but i like that it had a second inside top that zipped closed so nothing can fall out. It has a lot of pockets with ample room and dividers in the large compartment . My one complaint is that the inside dividers aren't removable, I actually cut them out to fit my needs. Bag holds a lot of weight and for the price, you will not find a better bag

Nice size with a zipper
I love the fact this bag zips up on the middle large pouch. So far it has held everything we want it to. We use this as our go to home kit so it does just sit in one place.

OK for larger items
This is the perfect size bag for me in my POV. The main compartment is divided into two. The end pouches zip closed. Unfortunately the main compartment does not zip closed. There are two straps and some velcro, but you could lose some gear through the remining gaps.

No zippered main compartment
Does NOT have a zippered main compartment. I purchased it specifically for this reason.

Great Bag! Not Too Big Not To Small
Great bag.17"W x 7"D x 7"H Not too big, not too small. It fits in the space under my truck's back seat. There is plenty of space to hold a Bleed & Trauma kit, CPR Mask kit, tool kit, SAM splints, first-aid book along with assorted bandages, gauze, tape, wound care products & medications, flashlight. It also comes with a detachable shoulder strap.Items are well secured with zippers on the main compartment and the 2 side pockets. The 2 front pockets have velcro and are secured by an extra velcro & buckle flap. This second "over flap" has a carry handle and also covers the main zipped compartment with an extra closure layer. This bag carries a lot of stuff that is easily accessible. In the 2 smaller outer front pockets I keep small waste bags for trash, and a ground cloth to set the bag on in one and space blankets in the other. These are secured with the velcro "over flap" that also has 2 adjustable quick release buckles for extra security. There is also 9" of elastic sewn to the underside of the velcro flap with 6 slots to hold items for easy access. I"ll secure those items (flashlight, 2nd pair of trauma shears, multi tool) further with quick release d-rings attached to the elastic since the flap is "open-sided". There is another 9.5" strip of elastic with 8 smaller slots above the two outer front pockets to secure smaller items when needed. The main compartment is divided into 2 sections. I use one side for gauze, bandages, tape, ace wraps and the other side is for wound cleaning, medications and a CPR mask. One thing I did have to do was manipulate the foam inside the center divider to position it correctly. It arrived folded up on itself. It was easy to do while enclosed within the fabric. The divider is sewn low enough from the rim to allow enough space at the top of the main compartment to hold 2 flat fold SAM splints and a "trade size " first-aid book across the two inner compartments. There are also 2 net pockets on each end inside of the inside main compartment for smaller items. The 2 outside zippered side pockets hold a bleed kit (see notes below) with extra trauma items on one side. The other one holds a plastic case with first aid tools (small scissors, tweezers, thermometer, clippers, etc) and extra space blankets, gloves and light sticks. This is not a "professional EMT work bag" BUT for the price this is a great bag for a home, office or vehicle. Not too small nor too big. The fabric is decent. The zippers could be stronger but they are functionable and smooth out with use. The fabric is not waterproof but I plan to Scotchgard it. That being said I will be buying another one for our home first aid kit.Notes:The Recon Bleed Kit sold on Amazon fits in one of the outside side pockets with plenty of room for Hyfin Vent Chest Seals and extra rolled gauze, a 6" Israeli bandage, celox and gloves.Check your order. I had to return the first one for a replacement. It arrived without the advertised shoulder strap.
