Service was fast, and what I received was excellent. The coconut sugar was uniform, spicy, and unrefined. It wasn't the cheapest but didn't have to be ground or hammered into a usable form

Coconut sugar is pricy. I am glad that I bought this one, I paid the same price for these 2 lbs as I would have for only 1 lb at the supermarket. I switched from cane sugar to coconut sugar because I read that it has a low glycemix index.

I would order this coconut sugar again. I have found that most/all coconut sugar to be ~$4.00/pound....I have to suspect that the industry is price setting?

Nothing wrong with this brand, just not a big fan of coconut sugar...it always seems to have a lot of hard lumps in it :(

Headline says it all. Real palm sugar is what it is...dehydrated or dried nectar from the palm blossoms. I suspect that the kind of palm is a nonsequetur. This is the best because it is less stepped on and processed. Great flavor and so good in Asian and Indo-Asian recipes that call for sweetener.
