Tastes and feels like dirt. Tried in hot drinks and never mixes in.

Big change in quality or artificial ?
The dark brown is the one I previosuly bought, just opened the new bag and it's a dull light brown and smells very different. I have emailed the company and will update this review if I get a response.

Different colour
Tastes and smells weaker and the colour is much lighter than the previous batch from the same supplier. Maybe thats nornal for this berry but it seems odd.
