Top herb for longevity
I follow Lucas on youtube and I love herbs in general. This and rosemary I use daily in my teas, smoothies and lunch. I use about 1-2tsp daily, smells great and Great price. I use the brand for several things for a few years now.

Excellent quality priced well
The herb was very fresh when I opened the bag. Has retained its flavor and good aroma since.

Good quality tarragon
Nicely sifted, quality tarragon. Great flavor. We use a lot of tarragon to season a spatchcocked chicken under the skin and also to use in a creamy lemon-garlic-caper sauce which is good on ANYTHING. We keep the bag tightly sealed and in the freezer so a one pound bag lasts us a good while and still stays fresh.

Always wonderful.
I use a lot of tarragon in my Persian cooking. I have been using Frontier tarragon for years and find it always fresh and a good bargain.

It may be of the Russian variety
Aside from saffron, tarragon is one of the more prohibitively expensive spices one can deploy in cooking, but is an essential if you plan on doing any French cuisine. I enjoy using this to infuse with bechamel sauces, and am particularly fond of making tarragon mustards, which can turn boring boneless skinless chicken breasts into something fancy, or when used as marinade on skinned chicken that is seared+baked, into something people will talk about. The Frontier brand tarragon is of good quality, but the flavors aren't as pronounced as I would have liked. Fresh tarragon is the best, but it is way too expensive to be used on a regular basis at home. Because of the lower price and somewhat more mild flavor, I suspect this might be of the Russian variety. If ordering this, be prepared for the storage requirements, as storage requires a lot of volume. I was able to store the contents of this in two 0.5gal Ball canning jars, vacuum sealed. If you do not store this spice in an airtight container, it will go stale long before you use all of it. Proper long term storage of bulk spices requires little to no light, low to no oxygen, airtight, and away from moisture and heat to maintain flavor.Out of all of the Frontier brand spices that I've ordered, this is the only one that hasn't totally blown me away. It is as good, if not slightly better, than the dried tarragon you can at a grocery store, but at a significantly reduced cost.

I love Tarragon in many of the foods I cook
I love Tarragon in many of the foods I cook, especially the omelettes I make every morning. This is one of the best products I have ever purchased on Amazon for both quality and quantity! I does not seem to have the fillers you so often get in bulk spices. While it obviously cannot compete with fresh (which I grow during the season), it is a close second.

I love Tarragon & use it all the time
I love Tarragon & use it all the time. It is sooo expensive when you buy the little bottles in the grocery store & they don't always have it in stock. I bought this & put it in canning jars. Big savings & I always have it on hand.

Who doesn't like Tarragon?
A fine herb to have stocked in one's pantry. We like this on fish, in casseroles, blended into sauces, infused into stock or water for cooking grains. Heady scent, rich flavor. Cello pack stores well in the freezer, and I can pull down only what I need to keep the pantry supplied
