Good product though mild stimulant
I like that is reasonably priced but is not active as others i have had from other manufacturers and i do like that is a very mild to negligible stimulant.

Stay away from Swanson
I don't think this product actually does anything and has a bad after taste after you swallow the capsules. I'd purchased multiple times through Swanson and their customer service is atrocious. Stay away from this company and their products

No crash. Feels healthier than other options
I like the feeling I get when I take these- whether I skip days or not. I can even take them at night if I have more work to do. No big crash and I personally can sleep with these in my system..

No energy here.
I take yerba mate off and on now for years. They do give you some energy. This product here gave me very little energy or hardly no boost after I took 4 instead of two capsules ! Not worth it in my opinion. Other then that , it's just another supplement to take with my vitamins.
