I've bought this now for 3 shower remodels. Looks and works great, but H and C markings are reversed a la China. Its a little confusing, but it looks beautiful. I hope it lasts.

Redid my entire bathroom. The plumber was impressed with the quality of the housing and items. We had to make some small changes but overall it’s the best thing I have put in. Plumber did inside wall, I did outsides the wall myself. The only thing I would change is buy the better model that has the option of both. This is either. Which is awesome, but both would be better.

Great faucet system for an affordable price

I own a small home improvement business & have remodeled about 5 bathrooms in the last two years. My installer would not stop raving about how great this shower kit was. Everything was premium grade, well made, and super easy to install. I'll update after our client has had a chance to let us know how they like it. We will be purchasing from this manufacturer again in the future.

I’ve had this product for over a year and it started leaking, but I contacted their customer service and they were very expedient in sending me a replacement part which was great.

We love this shower system! We also love the excellent customer service we got when we had an issue.Installation was a little tricky. Shortly after installation it started leaking when turned off. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded and sent two new parts to be replaced. We replace them yesterday and the leak has stopped.We love the water distribution during showers from overhead and also the option of using the handheld feature. The overhead shower feels soothing with just the right pressure of water. We haven't gotten a water bill yet after putting this in so I'll be interested to see how that changes.The product arrived packaged with the individual parts in white linen bags in the box! I've never seen such beautiful packaging to be honest.We spent a little more on this system then we had intended... and even having had an issue with it we are very happy with the product (and definitely with their customer service for making everything right for us.)

After 18 months of usage the shower head started leaking from two parts, one was from the threading and the second mas from the ball joint that allows the head to move. Another issue was the rubber parts were clogged from first usage and some of them I could not unclog. It might be a good thing to replace the rubber parts with something else. I replaced the shower head with something from Home Depot because I couldn't fix the leaking parts.
